Treat me right for July 4
I love that this is popping up everywhere but I cannot help but wonder what it means to people when they see it. Do they relate to the cause, do they feel invested in participating in a solution or do they just see it as a them and us thing.
Here is a walk that some folk are going on.
Thank you for continuing the journey.

Treat me Right Thursdays for June 6
I love that this is now appearing as graffiti around Toronto. But like the protest I went to last Saturday to deal with Rob Ford, 3500 people attending on Facebook looked more like 350 in real life. This is the latest news. How is this not even on the radar of all Canadians?

Treat me Right Thursdays
On Thursdays we are going to talk about treating us right. About treating our First Nations community right by honouring our treaties with them and by treating Mother Nature right by not entering into new treaties with countries that have a horrific environmental record.
Because I love spring chickens and seasons. I don’t really care when they show up, I get it, climate is not static but it is seasonal. So to say thank you to mother nature for spring please take a read below.

Don’t like Treaties … Might want to look at this
We always hear how we need to walk away from our agreements with the First Nations because they are out dated. So if we are not supporters of treaties then why are we looking at creating a new binding agreement with another group of people.
