I hired a personal trainer this year and am attempting to learn to cook. Both with the hope that by the time I turn 40, working out and eating well are habitual and not a battle. What I have reaffirmed thru all of this is that I have a very big sweet tooth. I can give up a lot of things but sugar it seems is not one of them. Because of this, I have been on the search for healthy ways to eat sugar. These are delish! Chick pea, peanut butter, chocolate chip cookies! Only the chips are not “good” for you.
